Registering for MSGCU's New Mobile Banking

Download the new MSGCU Mobile Banking App. Search M-S-G-C-U Mobile in your app store.

You'll need your MSGCU account number to register. You can find it on your membership card or, if you have a loan with us, your payment coupon or loan origination documents.

Open the app and select register.

Registration is four easy steps.

Step one: establish your identity.

We'll ask a few questions to make sure it's really you.

Enter your information where prompted on the screen.

Step two: establish your login information.

This is what you'll use to log into your MSGCU account moving forward.

Enter a username.

Then establish a password and choose a security phrase.

The security phrase will display when you log into online banking via your computer, but you won't see it in the app. 

You can enter anything you'd like for the security phrase, up to 200 characters. 

Then choose a security image.  Note, this will display when you log into online banking via your computer, but you won't see it in the app. 

Next, choose three security questions and type in your answers.

Step three. Select account features.

If you prefer to receive your statements electronically rather than by mail, you can indicate that here by clicking on the toggle button. Don't worry, you can always change these later if you'd like.

Step four, confirm your information.

Review to make sure what you entered is correct. Confirm or go back to make changes.

You're now ready to start using MSGCU's new online banking!
